Hi! I’m Nancy and this is my first vlog. I tell you a little bit about myself and try speaking some Thai. Thai to English translation at 3:29: Hello! My name is Nancy. I was born here. Ah! I gotta stop. Okay. Let’s try that again. Hello. My name is Nantinee. My nickname is Nancy. I will be going to Thailand this year, around Thanksgiving time. I’m very excited about going because I would like to meet my family over there and I would like to travel. I will be going with my husband. My husband’s name is Jeremy. Jeremy is American. We married 2 years ago at a Thai temple, “Wat Thai DC” located in Silver Spring, Maryland. I liked the wedding a lot. There were 9 Buddhist monks who conducted the wedding ceremony, and we invited many people to come to the wedding. Jeremy is a doctor. Right now he’s studying to become a pathologist. He told me he has to read a lot, work very hard and study a lot. I am a violin teacher. I like to play the violin and I like teaching students. Soon, I might play a Thai song for everyone to listen to. What else do I want to say? I like Thailand a lot. I think Thai people are very lovely, have a good heart, and smile a lot (deliciously). =) I like Thai food and I like meeting Thai people. Okay. Thank you very much for watching this video I made. Bye-Bye. Goodbye.

  • You speak Thai very clear. I also see you playing violin, Bauu Kaw song. It is very great. Can you play other Thai song again. Waiting for your next songs.

  • it is incredibly difficult to do what you just did. I’m trying to learn Nepali and it seems like in front of a big crowd or behind a camera I go into “fraek out” mode. Keep at it!

  • Have fun in Thailand. You should continue to use Thai with your family. You never know what the language would do for you.
