@AmazGraz
sorry for my poor English.
That’s actually lime juice.
AmazGraz says:
Tom kha gai is unendurably good. Only I am familiar with using lime rather than lemon. And, and, whew, I mean, this is really good stuff. YUM!

I have been away because I had a full time job working with volunteers from different countries… for year and a half. then got pregnant so i quit my job and stay home taking care of my baby daughter name Mali (Mali is jasmine). So, now I have more time at home… I will make sure to keep more video coming.
Merry Christmas.
